丁集矿下保护层开采卸压保护范围研究

Analysis of the Protection Scope on Pressure-Relief of Lower Protective Seam Mining

摘要: 为了防治丁集煤矿主采13-1煤层发生煤与瓦斯突出,依据13-1煤层存在的高瓦斯、高应力条件,采用数值模拟、理论计算及现场测定等方法,分析了丁集煤矿下保护层开采卸压保护范围,并采用保护层开采和地面钻井抽采被保护13-1煤层卸压瓦斯技术进行瓦斯治理,结果表明,在保护层工作面回采完毕并稳定之后,开切眼前方50m到工作面后方60m的范围内存在较为稳定的卸压效果,被保护层的卸压保护角沿走向为60°,沿倾向为78°和82°;经现场对煤层瓦斯基础参数测定、观测及抽采效果分析,测定的卸压保护范围与数值模拟的数据基本吻合。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to control the main mining coal seam in Dingji Coal Mine 13-1 the occurrence of coal and gas outburst, use of protective layer mining and ground drilling drainage was protection of 13-1 coal seam gas pressure unloading governance gas technology. On the basis of the high gas pressure and high stress condition in No. 13-1 coal seam, the scope of protection of lower protective seam mining in Dingji coal mine by using theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field testing. The research result shows that stress discharging angle in trend direction is 60°, and in inclined direction the angle are 78°and 82°.The field testing results are agree with the simulation results.
